[Critical] Server Hangs Due to Blocking Network Calls #22

What's happening
The RealTimeWeather plugin is causing the server to hang and become unresponsive. The server's main thread gets stuck while the plugin is making a network request to sync the weather. This causes the server to stop processing other tasks, leading to "Can't keep up!" messages and eventually a server crash
What's supposed to happen
Plugin does not block the server when checking weather updates
