Compute remaining plastic deformation from initial node displacement

I managed to apply load forces on nodes and compute the remaining plastic deformation.

Now, instead of applying load forces, I would like to apply initial displacements on some nodes and compute the remaining plastic deformation from that. These initial displacements should include also an elastic deformation element, which needs to be substracted again to yield the remaining plastic deformation.

Is such computation possible with Pynite easily?
