[Bug]: website github stars/forks counter in main navbar says "unavailable"

See screenshot - note the "unavailable" in the top right corner where stars/forks used to display.

Please debug and fix this, and include a screenshot of the fix in your PR (before, after, proper captions). Similar to if you were contributing to the taopedia repo :)
