Also determine onboarding gaps: make activation as simple+quick as possible while keeping robust per-repo config — a single centralized .gittensory.yml per repo, one-command activation, sensible advisory defaults (like CodeRabbit). Deliverables: updated docs verified against a clean setup + an onboarding-simplification proposal.
