It was installed using [email protected]

Correction, we've been using the gsi-addon-dev env on Gaea C6 (/ncrc/proj/epic/spack-stack/spack-stack-1.6.0/envs/gsi-addon-dev. Should we move to use the stacks under that c6 subfolder instead? Thanks @RatkoVasic-NOAA !

and
/ncrc/proj/epic/spack-stack/c6/spack-stack-1.6.0/envs/gsi-addon on Gaea-C6
