Description
In order to make coupled oasim work we need to hook up atmospheric variables properly, we are using CRTM to derive Aerosol optical thickness in OASIM, and we need aerosol variables as inputs to CRTM_Aod, so we need to modify the testinput_tier_1/pace_radiance_geovals_2019032112.nc data to include the required aerosol vars as we use this data in "ufo test 434: ufo_test_tier1_test_ufo_opr_pace_oasim" to test the oasim operator

ufo test 434: ufo_test_tier1_test_ufo_opr_pace_oasim passes with this data
