Mining Megafauna Loot Drops [Bug]

Issue Summary:

When killing any megafauna, that being from blood-drunk miner to Legion, they seem only drop encrypted caches. This is strange as these are unopenable crates that are meant to be in the Bitrunner's domain, not drop as Megafauna loot.
It seems that after you kill your second Megafauna, all future megafauna will drop encrypted caches.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Keep killing megafauna, maybe 1 or 2 first until the bug occurs (it's happened twice to me now)
2. Once you see the first crate, all future megafauna drops will become an encrypted cache.

This is an upstream bug that apparently emerges when bitrunning does one of their megafauna domains before mining. A fix is already in the works on TG.
