We can already give players crystals, this would just run a command post generation.

• Should this be separated by creation/regeneration?

should add a transferable option onto the bank items if we wanted to do this. (e.g. disable people giving other islands crystals, so u cant create island, transfer your crystals, regen transfer your crystals ect for unlimited moneyz)
