[Suggestion] Member role commands

Allowing role permissions to be altered via command (so other menus or features could run console commands to alter them). In my example, I have a dialog menu that would alter the visitor role's permissions, and currently it's only (possibly?) possible with the api. Dialog menus in general could be incorporated to the plugin too, but that's a lot of extra work and would only support 2 versions atm, so not worth it imo.

The issue is that they're making their own GUIs and our GUIs do not have full parity with commands.
