Add tests for reputation decay with multiple periods

Description:

The reputation decay mechanism needs tests for multiple decay periods.

Why it matters: Incorrect decay calculation can unfairly penalize participants.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Test decay after 1 period
• Test decay after multiple periods
• Test decay floor (minimum score)
• Test decay is reset on activity
