Context

While testing the edit draft feature for updating the constitutional proposal, I noticed that when editing the draft with a new title or updating fields such as the Constitution URL, Gradual URL, and Hash, the changes are not reflected on the "Review Your Submission" page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect the wallet.
2. Create a draft for updating the constitutional proposal, ensuring all fields are filled.
3. Edit the created proposal.
4. Observe the "Review Your Submission" page.

Actual behavior

The "Review Your Submission" page does not display all the changes made during the draft edit.

Expected behavior

The "Review Your Submission" page should display all the changes made during the draft edit or proposal creation.
