A bit of confusion with Sender's full name

Dear friends,

Users get a bit confused when they want to update their FULL NAME, as it is shown when a message is sent.
They go to MY ACCOUNT and change the DIPLAY NAME, but that's the profile's name.

To change the Sender's name, it's a bit too complex imho. One has to go to the 3 dots in email pane, account settings, double click the account and change it there.

Any ideas how to make this friendlier and avoid user error? Even if you just add a little text pointer where FULL NAME is (profile name, informing "this is the profile name, to update the sender's name, click here" and lead him to email account settings.

AND/OR, if just 1 account, when you change the profile name, change the sender's name too.
