Organizations in the address book

Guys,

I noticed I have a bunch of stale organizations. I see when I add a new contact and specify an organization, GO understands those as separate things. If I delete the contact, organization remains there.
Not sure if we can improve that somehow. I checked other webmails, they don't see to do that, to create a separate field for the organization.
