Activesync with NINE and VIP contacts

Friends!

I use ActiveSync via GO with the great app NINE, since it can sync, not just events, contacts, but also tasks and notes.

The thing is, in NINE, instead of making a contact a favorite, so you can easily call that person, you add that contact to a category (example "VIP").

The thing is, I do that and, after some time, that contact disappears from that category.

Pls confirm what the 9folders support staff informed me? If so, Id like to open a feature request here in Github.

I know the problem correctly. I reviewed the Group-Office server, but I think this server doesn't seem to support categories. So even if you create and specify a category in Nine, it would be deleted after syncing with the server. Nine would sync data with the server periodically. So I guessed it was synced to the server and deleted them.
