TEdit Page Layout Menu doesn't Show Starting page #

1. Open TEdit of lispusers>EquationEditorPrgmersGuide.TEDIT
2. Open the Page Layout Extended Menu
   The "Starting page #" shows as {1}
3. Select "For page:" of First(&Default)
4. Click on SHOW
5. The "Starting page #" now shows as {} (empty)

This file itself says that the STARTINGPAGE# is 77
