Maiko: need non-zero exit code when when exiting to Unix from RAID

When "exiting to Unix" from RAID, lde currently exits with a 0 exit code. But should really exit with non-zero error code to indicate exiting under an error condition.

Could also make exit code an (optional) parameter to the exit to Unix command - but should default to non-zero.
