Flowchart and write procedure to get position based on distance sensors

• Ensure that the distance sensors are installed on a drive-base (@NoahTang)
• Flowchart a program (and review it) that can (1) measure the distance, and (2) use said distances to localize in the field.
• Program and test it. Goal: >90% functionality.
