Create Page Showing All Produce

@AcademyInPeril described this well, but this is an attempt to condense his thoughts into an issue for later work.

We should create a page that shows all of our produce in our data as an alphabetically sorted list, with the icon, the name, a simple yes or no (for whether that produce is in season), and then a link to the full information via the main page.

This may be in addition to or a part of a page that lets you see produce currently in season, as that could be a filter on this page.
