View: Add Stats / Caseworker and Reception

Hi @NB76,

I've prioritised copy changes for these sections slightly lower because in the app's current state I believe they could be considered complete, and only require enhancements from feedback. However, if you have any requests for copy changes for either Caseworker or Reception views throughout the sprint, please post them on this issue.
