Feature: Comment Filtering

We wish to add further functionality to the Comments view to be able to filter different comments by:

• Law Area (for Caseworkers)
• Role Type (more generally)

This will require an update of the comment designs

When I showed the tool to a colleague she suggested that in the comments it would not just be a user's name identifying them but their role and Law Centre. This should be simple to add, I hope?
