How to make water or lava generated randomly to be flowing?

Follow guides in SpigotMC - Discouraging Users From Using Map Downloaders, I install this plugin and configured it like this:

I want to generate TNT, air, flowing lava (to create block updates and triggered TNT explosion), but it doesn't work and no lava generated. I also tried water, lava and flowing_water, but it still not work.

So how to use this plugin to make stolen saves explode while ticking it?

Not sure will have to look into that one, could take a week or two as I'm currently pretty busy.

Or consider add a function to prevent downloading worlds :)
