Date parameters for the CLI

Danny, I think date parameters would be helpful. For example, -create_date>1/1/2020. What do you think? Also, does -pr-state=OPEN also support =pr-state=* to grab both open and merged?

In your date example would input be: >1/1/2020? Which date queries would you like to see? I'm assuming:

• create date
• close date

GitHub supports querying multiple states in a single API call; I can add support for it sometime in the next week.

Sorry, still intend to make this change, will look at adding the states this week (famous last words)
