Update of Fake Block List in GUI Not Working Until Server Restart

Expected behavior

The updates made to the fake block list in the GUI should take effect after the user adds, removes, or configures blocks without requiring a server restart. This works correctly with the hidden block list, and changes are immediately visible (after switching to different coordinates or manually refreshing the GUI).

Observed/Actual behavior

Changes to the fake block list are visible only after restarting the server.

Steps/models to reproduce

1. Open the GUI to configure the fake block list.
2. Add, remove, or modify entries in the list.
3. Observe that changes do not appear (after switching to different coordinates or manually refreshing the GUI), and only after a server restart.

Other

I have tested the issue extensively and verified that the plugin behaves this way consistently. The fake block list only reflects changes after restarting the server, and using the "refresh" option or going to a different coordinate not working.
