Description

The mobile navigation pattern should support long console sessions without hiding critical workspace and review controls. This issue should be implemented against the current monorepo architecture instead of introducing a parallel path.

Acceptance Criteria

• the improve mobile navigation for dense console flows flow is implemented or hardened in the right app or package
• regression coverage or validation is added for the changed behavior
• the implementation fits the current repo conventions and keeps existing workflows stable
