Description

The appeal status page needs a more legible layout for status, decision context, and next-step guidance on smaller screens. This issue should be implemented against the current monorepo architecture instead of introducing a parallel path.

Acceptance Criteria

• the make the appeal status page easier to scan flow is implemented or hardened in the right app or package
• regression coverage or validation is added for the changed behavior
• the implementation fits the current repo conventions and keeps existing workflows stable
