Description

The transaction timeline needs clearer loading, empty, and error handling so failed lookups do not look like missing data. This issue should be implemented against the current monorepo architecture instead of introducing a parallel path.

Acceptance Criteria

• the harden the transaction timeline empty and error states flow is implemented or hardened in the right app or package
• regression coverage or validation is added for the changed behavior
• the implementation fits the current repo conventions and keeps existing workflows stable
