This PR addresses issue #71 by introducing the following changes:
Enhances the djehuty metadata template for 4TU.ResearchData to include additional fields and clearer guidance for users.
Fixes the CLI behavior so that fairly dataset create djehuty correctly uses djehuty.yaml instead of falling back to default.yaml.
