Question and Answer Option units inconsistency

BRIDGE needs the units in the question to match the units in the Answer Options. I have a problem with labs_cd4.

Variable: labs_cd4_celmm
Question: CD4 cell count (cells/mm3)

and

Variable: labs_cd4_units
Question: 1, cells/mm^3 | 2, 10^6 cells/L | 3, cells/µL

We have cells/mm3 and cells/mm^3. I need them to match to get the correct units numbering.

I've checked through fields with "Validation" == "units" and this is the only issue I found.

I've put a workaround in BRIDGE in the PR I'm currently working on.

I've put a workaround in BRIDGE so I don't mind where you put it! I think it would make sense to keep them consistent in future though.

I've written a PR with some tests that will catch this in the future, but not updated ARC / the unit_conversion.json to fix them, assuming they're being fixed in the ARC development version?
