Deploy 6.9 in prod. at HDV

This is the prod. deployment issue that for some reason was not created with all the others for 6.9.

Gave it a generous/possibly unnecessary size 30. Just to have plenty of time to build and test a custom patch with whatever extra pieces we may need, in case it becomes a project.
