Data to delete (entities with owner assigned):

Environment models
Devices, sensors and actuators (stop and undeploy operators) and corresponding value logs
RSA key pairs
Extraction/control/monitoring operators
Rule definition/condition/action
Testing tool tests
Custom device, sensor and actuator types
Policy definitions, conditions and effects
Value logs of corresponding sensors/actuators
Exception logs

Considerations:

Access policies
All delete operations should be in a transaction, depends on Enable MongoDB transaction support #593.
