Show "Production" status in submission list

On the https://www.submission.io500.org/submissions summary list, it would be useful to show a column "Prod" (after "Ten" and "IO500") with a checkmark on whether the submission is requesting to be in the "production" list or not.

This would actually be very useful to fix before SC'23 because otherwise it is quite complex and error-prone to select submissions for the Production and 10-Node Production lists. Ideally, the two Production lists would only display entries that have selected "production" for the StorageSystem.
