Updating plugins with updates, removing unused/inactive plugins.

List of plugins brought over from #22

Plugins active:

• Askimet
• Classic Editor
• Client Hosting Manager
• Disqus
• Insert Headers and Footers
• No-Nonsense Google Analytics
• Redirection
• Yoast SEO

Plugins inactive:

• Better WordPress Google XML Sitemaps
• Co-Authors Plus

We can probably remove CAP (unless they plan to use it) and Insert Headers and Footers since it's empty. We can also probably remove Client Hosting Manager

@benlk Any objections to removing Client Hosting Manager?

If it doesn't have the necessary configurations present (and it wouldn't, because those were in wp-config.php on the shared install, and Flywheel doesn't allow editing that file), and we're intending to scrap it anyways, there's no benefit in keeping the files around or the plugin active.
