Update additional HDA flowsheet examples to use modular properties

The main HDA flowsheet tutorial was updated to use the modular property framework in #160 . However, there are additional flowsheets that still use the old properties. These should be updated to use the same modular properties as the main flowsheet.

• The HDA flowsheet with distillation (Note that this flowsheet also incorrectly claims that it depends on the BTX properties)
• The HDA flowsheet with costing
