This is similar to #342. I use Plex Mono to write LaTeX, among other things. LaTeX documents often contain typographic quotes, which are quite hard to distinguish when using Plex Mono. I would also argue that typographic quotes are being increasingly used in code and comments, making it important to be able to distinguish them easily.
