Following Thomas Gasser's approach to incorporate LULUCF national accounting alongside land-use modeling of LULUCF (addressing the Grassi issue) for CO₂ reporting, I'm wondering whether we should also include this approach at the emission aggregation level for policy relevance.
Specifically, I'm thinking of the variable Emi|GHG|w/o Bunkers|LULUCF national accounting, since this is the metric that many countries use as their target in NDC pledges.
