biblatex truncates number of authors

Krijn Reijnders has pointed out that the biblatex configuration in iacrcc.cls truncates the list of authors in a reference, but the BibTeX style we use does not. Perhaps we should change maxbibnames to 40?

Indeed, as pointed out we need to increase the value in
\RequirePackage[backend=biber,style=trad-alpha,minalphanames=3,maxalphanames=4,maxbibnames=20,useprefix=true]{biblatex}[2019/12/01]
