Project diva PV

The project diva DS does not display a PV. A music video can be displayed on screen with the button icons when playing the song.

This would be nearly impossible to implement (on the DS). Efforts have been put into working out how the PDAFT animation formats work, yes, but all other content such as meshes, textures and shaders would have to be specifically tweaked and downgraded to be compatible with the DS's rather impotent hardware.

The meshes for individual PVs would need to be simplified by hand. Textures would have to be significantly downsampled and likely atlased. The DS doesn't even use shaders, rather a fixed-function pipeline, meaning most PVs with complex shaders just wouldn't work. I'm not even sure where character models could be sourced from, the PSP models are probably too high fidelity.
