Potential bug - data loss when badge is turned off and then on? (ngOpenBadge) #22

When you turn off a badge and then turn it on, at least in the visualization it only shows data from after your turn it on. Is data lost?

What happens in the following scenario:

we lose connection to the badge (but it keeps recording)
then we turn it off and then on
will it close the gap using data that was recorded?
