I use vex in combination with a bootstrap modal. The bootstrap modal is used for instructions and documentation to the website. The problem is that it prevent focusing other elements while the modal is open, thus the vex-modal is a children of the bootstrap modal. But the bootstrap modal has a different z-index, thus the vex-overlay blocks either the complete bootstrap modal including the vex modal, or neither. The "clean" fix would be to move the vex-overlay to the appendLocation. Would this option be desirable in general, for example an appendLocationOverlay option?
