So... Invisible Jar?

I created some lights. Found it was a create plugin. But I didn't want to /addlight remove each one singlehandedly so instead I deleted the config and the other file. And reloaded. The lights still saved so I thought you somehow saved it in another source. So I deleted the jar and file all together. I log back on my server after doing a full restart. And the lights are still there and the plugin is gone? Is there a fix. How is this even possible?!?!?!
