"Ghost" instalation path on flatpak (Arch)

Today I discovered that Heroic is downloading and installing games somewhere. It's not in specified catalog nor in default catalog (flatpak catalog neither). If you look into properties of game or logs it's perfectly normal - game installed in gog library catalog except that this directory is empty...

If you try to move game, operation ends up with success, but then game is unavailable.
Update of games definitely starts.
Removing games fails.

Does anyone have similar problems?
