Description

The app relies solely on visual cues, which can be missed during high-stress situations. We need to add HTML5 audio alerts and the Vibration API for urgent events like new requests and resolutions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Audio chime plays on new nearby request
• Haptic vibration triggers on mobile devices
• Toggle added to settings to disable sounds/haptics
