update documentation for additional tests

The documentation should be updated to explain the additional tests in staging.

Please provide a paragraph on each of 2.9 to 2.16 inclusive that includes;

• What it tests
• Dependencies in the terminal
• Any interaction required by the operator
• Expected behaviour - "what is a pass"?

Please also do the same for 6.1 to 6.5.

Please remember that this app will be used to test product integration by development teams for whom English is not their first (or indeed second) language.
