Major overhaul: Better usability with easier customization

While this is still an opinionated config, that fact will never change.

I'm looking for better usability and easier customization because this config is used by many of my friends and team environments with other people.

I would follow what Anthony Fu and Kevin Deng do in their configs:

• https://github.com/antfu/eslint-config (Inspired by sxzz/eslint-config)
• https://github.com/sxzz/eslint-config

I liked the configuration usability of these configs.
