A module that watches, or perhaps only queries, RSS feeds. From this one could implement generic watch functionality many things. One could easily make halibot watch a github feed and it would then inform you whenever a new commit has been pushed, for example.

Sounds similar to the reddit watcher idea that I attempted and failed: would be interesting to have live RSS info dumped to chat rooms as they are updated.
