docs(blog): add Reasonix CLI integration article in multiple locales

Add French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Traditional Chinese translations of the Reasonix CLI integration blog post. Covers the same technical content about three-layer architecture design, key technical decisions, and frontend-backend implementation details including Orleans Grain integration and Hero system configuration.
