docs(wizard): remove deprecated initialization wizard guide and screenshots

Remove outdated initialization wizard documentation page and related screenshots that have been replaced by the new wizard-setup flow.

主要变更：

- 删除中英文初始化向导指南文档

- 删除 3 个向导相关截图（职业管理、自定义英雄、项目创建）

- 移除截图元数据文件和原始图片
