This milestone will focus on:
- ✅ Migrating the codebase to .NET 10
- ✅ Refactoring UI flows using Blazor Hybrid for cross-platform deployment (desktop kiosks, mobile check-ins)
- ✅ Integrating Semantic Kernel agents for registration triage and civic compliance logic
- ✅ Upgrading authentication to Microsoft Entra ID with MFA
- ✅ Leveraging GitHub Copilot & Copilot Workspace for accelerated development and contributor onboarding
- ✅ Improving offline-first capabilities for venue-based deployments
- ✅ Preparing demo flows and documentation for .NET Conf 2025
