.csv files

It now outputs to .csv files. I made another script that adds headers so that the .csv can be opened in excel and be human readable. I kept this code in a separate script since I thought it might obscure and educational goals of the original script. Students can use the file transfer software to move the processed .csv files to their machine and open them in excel.
