pythia_batch.py : copy output root with xrootd

The pythia_batch.py script can be used to generate FCC-EDM root files with pythia8 on the LSF cluster at CERN.

Currently, the files are returned to an afs directory chosen by the user.

I would like to implement an option to write to eos (or even to any xrootd directory). For that, I would like to use pyxrootd, but this API is not working in my case, see: xrootd/xrootd#434

@gganis, I see that you are involved in xrootd.
What do you think about the issue above? It does not occur only on my mac, but also on lxplus in the FCC software environment.
